Vi designer og sammensætter en madplan der passer til dig og/ din familie. Smagsvariation og næringsstoffer er vigtige. At få styrket din fornemmelse for de enkelte råvarers muligheder så du ikke behøver at kigge på opskrifter, men fornemmer sammensætninger der giver en skøn aroma og Umami.
Hovedingredienserne i plantebaseret mad er proteinrige bønner og linser, som vi inkorporerer i både det sure, søde og salte køkken. Du vil derefter kunne forberede nemme retter til familien, hvor vi kommer hele vejen rundt uden gluten og med fokus på smag og variantion.

I admit to being a foodie with a hungry family and a very sweet tooth, although I have always been fascinated by the power of food for energy, and healing. (Wasn’t it Hippocrates, father of modern medicine who said“ let food be thy medicine”?) so I was more than happy when a good friend invited me to join a vegan plant based cookery workshop presented by Tina Casmose, a shining star who with her knowledge, enthusiasm and zest for healthy living inspired me to experiment with flavours and spices, powders, such as Lucuma, Pitaya, Acai, chlorella, that I had never heard of, containers that don’t have to be thrown away, raw online stores and boutiques, and recipes that are so delicious there is no going back. I was concerned that my growing kids would not feel satisfied after a meal of plant based food and of course I was even more concerned that nothing could replace my chocolate addiction. How wrong I was! Using nuts, sometimes made into butter, (scrumptious) Tofu fried in grapeseed oil, just to mention some protein, and all the other ingredients my family have not complained of being hungry at all, instead they love the colourful array of vegetables and fruit combinations and I am now totally addicted to Tina’s chocolate fudges. Phew. I love that nothing is wasted, not even the skin from onions which Tina suggested freezing until making soup or stock and following a few additions to the kitchen such as a dehydrator, I am building up my selection of spices, and slowly but surely changing the way we eat. Good food really does awaken the senses and dare I say we are all feeling fantastic.
