Easy puff pastry cinnamon snails, takes only 30 minutes. If you don`t have a lot of times to make these easy vegan snails, just grab some plant-based puff pastry tubes from the supermarket.
Based on the research I did on making easy snails, as well as my own experience, I came up with this recipe. Grab the recipe and make your guests happy.

Recipe of 6-8 puff pastry snails
Ingredients
1 roll of puff pastry dough
2 tbsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. cane sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
50g plant-based butter
Mix all the ingredients and roll out the puff pastry dough.
Press the dough together with your hands so there are no holes. Heat the oven to 190C.
Spread the mixing all over the long puff pastry dough.
Roll the dough as tight as possible and cut in 6-8 pieces.
Prepare a baking tray with baking paper. Place the snails with some distance in the tray.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
6-8 tbsp. icing sugar
2-4 tbsp. water
Mix the icing sugar and water until it’s creamy not too thin.
When the snails have cooled down a bit, pour the icing over them.

Ingredientser
1 rulle croissant dej, plantebaseret
2 spsk. kanel
6 spsk. rørsukker
1/2 tsk. salt
50g plantebaseret smør
Miks alle ingredientser og rul croissant dejen ud.
Pres dejen sammen med hænderne, så der ikke er nogen huller. Tænd ovnen til varmluft 190C.
Spred kanel-miks ud over hele den lang dej.
Rul dejen sammen, så stramt som muligt. Skær rullerne ud i 6-8 stykker.
Tilbered en bradepande med bagepapir. Placer sneglene, med lidt afstand.
Bag i omkring 15 minutter.
6-8 spsk. flormelis
2-4 spsk. vand
Miks flormelis med vand indtil det er cremet og ikke for tyndt.
Når sneglene er kølet lidt ned hældes glasuren ud over.
