A dish which fits well to the busy family. Goulash is full of fresh veggies and garnished with kale makes it so delicious. Mashed potato can be a bit heavy but with goulash it becomes much more light. The eatable flowers of rosemary and the violet makes the dish so much more colorful.

The pancakes are so delicious with apple sauce, like egg substitute. I use oatmeal to make them fluffy and thick. You can add different sorts of flavors and colours to make them festive.
Easy great Dhal with home made flat bread and whole grain rice is one of the best winter recipes I know. I haven`t seasoned it with chilli, because of the children and the young at heart who think it is too strong. You can spice it as you like.
