Cook the rice together with the pink or red curry for about 12-14 minutes or just cook it without. Read on the package of rice how much water you have to fill in. Mix the sugar, vinegar and salt together, make sure the sugar is melting a bit together with the vinegar. When the rice is finished pour it over in a bowl to cool down for about 15 minutes, use a fork to make it airy before you add the vinegar sugar combination, and stir carefully. Let it rest until it has been cooled down. Roast the sesame seeds in a couple of minutes on a pan until golden, set aside and let them cool down.
