Sushi time- didn’t have any veggies in the fridge…. gave myself a challenge. What to make with 1 avocado, 4 carrots, 1 chilli and 1 apple?
I spiced up the sushi rice with pink curry and toasted the sesame seeds to roll in. Made a garlic Mayo as spread on the Nori and Voilà the dinner is served. The Tahini sauce was delicious to combine with rest of the flavours.
