When I cook with my granddaughter Clara Sophia, she decides what ingredients we need, because it has to be something she likes. Some of her favourites are banana, chocolate and peanut butter. To sweeten it, we chose agave syrup. We got some oatmeal-porridge leftovers from breakfast we used it as base for the cookies.
Cookies tastes great with blueberries or other berries. It is a healthy and nutritious meal, easy to eat or put in the kids lunch box. Let children come up with ideas for the meal, so they get exactly what they like and what they have chosen. Enjoy and have fun.
