  1. Mix all dry ingredients and make a hole in the center of the flour mixture. Put oil and water in and stir it all together, use your hands to knead it. The dough should be a little moist. Press the dough into a greased pie dish – take a little flour on your fingers. Make holes in the bottom with a fork. The pie base should not be pre-baked
APPLE-FILLING
  1. Use about 6 peeled apples, thinly sliced. You have to use them immediately to avoid them to take colour, otherwise pour cold water in a bowl together with the sliced apples. Arrange the apples in the pie base, by placing a wreath of apple pieces around the outer part of the pie base and then around the middle of the pie – as in the picture.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over and finally distribute the maple syrup over the apples and nuts. Sprinkle the cinnamon on the pie. Bake at 185 degrees hot air for 20-25 minutes until the apples are slightly golden and the bottom appears to be fully baked.
CREAM
  1. Stir sugar and vanilla seeds together, whisk together with the soy, coconut or oat cream. Eat the warm pie with cream and sprinkle with chopped almonds, enjoy!
