When you love creamy potatoes, this recipe is for you. It is made of oat cream, oyster mushrooms and sea buckthorn jelly pearls which gives the meal a slightly acidity to the the potatoes.
The only thing that can be a little difficult, is to make buckthorn jelly pearls. To make them even and smooth, one must have a little patience. If you have made too many, you can store them in an airtight box in the fridge and pour them over a salad the next day.
