This recipe is made up of good vegetables, tomato sauce, spices and oat- or soy cream. As a side dish to the vegetables, you can make a Brussels sprouts salad with dressing, made of soy sauce and lemon. If you want to avoid oats or soy cream, you can just pour a little more tomato sauce over the vegetables and optionally a little grated vegan cheese
