1 Egg substitute
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds or Flaxseed
3 tablespoon Water (Can be boiled temperate water)
How to do Egg-substitute:
Using a food processor, spice grinder, or mortar, the chia seeds into a meal.
Mix the water and ground chia seed meal in a small bowl. Allow to sit for 5 minutes or so, or until it takes on a good texture similar to raw egg yolk.
Use it for egg substitute in the recipes .
If you’ll want to store your pre-ground chia meal in an airtight container in your freezer it´s possible for up to a year.
