Today I made these pop-up ice with cocoa and coconut milk. My granddaughter loves icecream, and chocolate is normal her favorite, hopefully she will love this creamy version. I didn’t have any wood sticks, but fortunately my garden is full of bamboo and it´s genius that it can be recycled as drinking straw afterwards.
A dish which fits well to the busy family. Goulash is full of fresh veggies and garnished with kale makes it so delicious. Mashed potato can be a bit heavy but with goulash it becomes much more light. The eatable flowers of rosemary and the violet makes the dish so much more colorful.
Miso soup with fresh white and green asparagus adding some Soba noodles and tofu. It is a great soup when the temperature is falling in Denmark. Just came back from Cannes where the sun has shined the whole Easter and the farmers market Marché Forville had the most delicious fresh veggies.
