When you want something sweet and salty at once. This raw caramel, chocolate cake is just what you need. I am not fond of cakes that are too sweet, but this cake will not be allowed to stay long in the freezer.

When I cook with my granddaughter Clara Sophia, she decides what ingredients we need, because it has to be something she likes. Some of her favourites are banana, chocolate and peanut butter. To sweeten it, we chose agave syrup. We got some oatmeal-porridge leftovers from breakfast we used it as base for the cookies.
