No matter how much you are craving for something sweet, these healthy date balls with licorice and cocoa works. I do not know anyone who does not appreciate these healthy snack balls. I can eat it morning, noon and night. They are soft, sweet and the liquorice ball, has a unique flavour.
Next time I want to prepare the balls , I’ll try to put dried cherries or apricots, it gives a little extra acidity. Just find your own flavours to add it will definitely be a fantastic experience.
Just put in dates, nuts, vanilla, salt, oat meal and clementine in a food processor and let it run until the mass becomes a ball.
Serve the cold date balls with lots of exotic fruit and berries dipped i chocolate.
