If you have craving for some easy lunch or a side dish for your meal, make this simple Seaweed salad. It is fresh and so delicious that you want more.
Don`t give up if you can´t get the dried seaweed, use thinly sliced fennel, in ice-cold water before mixing everything together.
- 10 g. Dried seaweed
- 1 cup of Squash finely sliced
- 4 tsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Sesame
- 1 tbsp. Agave syrup
- 1 tsp. Salt
- Put seaweed in a bowl with ice cold water for 10 minutes. Squash or cucumber in thin slices in ice cold water for 10 minutes, add salt. Mix the soya, rice vinegar, agave, salt and peanut oil in a small bowl. Squeeze the water out of the seaweed and squash. Mix it well with the dressing and sprinkle with sesame and dried seaweed.
